Everyone,
As you all know, this year’s Convention is being held in Bowling Green and being the host chapter, there are a few responsibilities we have in the way of volunteering time to help make this Convention a success. Because of the various opportunities for volunteers, we need everyone to be involved if you can and are willing to do so. The opportunities we have will help make the Convention go more smoothly as well as to provide a "warm" welcome to all the attendees as they visit our area.

Here is a brief description of the responsibilities for each volunteer slot.
  • Registration Desk
    • Provide assistance to all registrants in the way of local directions, recommendations, etc.
    • Help as needed.
  • IT Coordinators
    • One or more people to make sure all technical equipment is available and working properly.
    • We will also need any available laptops and projectors that can be used during the sessions.
  • Wednesday Night Dinner Misc.
    • Decorating, welcoming, etc.
    • Basically trying to put a little extra "pizzazz" in the festivities to help welcome everyone.
